Yes, Z is for Zachary, but it also means sleep!! It has been a while since I've been able to capture a picture of him sleeping. It's one of those moments you want to savor and make last! He's so precious when he's sleeping as all children are I thought I would share it with everyone! 
The only reason why I went in his room was to wake him up for his 2 year check up. Everything went well. The doctor tried to give me some ideas on how to wean Zach off his pacifier...wish me luck!!

You'll have to share the ideas with me. Probably the first would be not to give in during the day and only let her have it at night and nap time. Any help beyond that would be greatly appreciated!
I can tell you what he said, but that doesn't mean I'll be any better at not giving in. Sometimes we need them to have it as much as they need it.
